We at ATTAC believe that a congruent and harmonious use of technology in the
healthcare sector can solve multiple challenges faced by health systems on multiple levels, including technical, operational, and administrative. Our mission has been to revolutionize the social and public health sectors through research, innovation, and evidence-based best practices.
Aim to Terminate Tobacco and Cancer Society is known as ATTAC. ATTAC is a healthcare based organization registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 in India. As part of our explorative and consultative approach, we are working in rural, semi urban and urban areas for breast, cervical and oral cancer screening, early detection and diagnosis. We have consistently partnered with prestigious national and international institutions around the world. ATTAC is an epitome of a budding manifestation in the fraternity of public health through health promotion, communication and education for strengthening the health care systems to improve the determinants of health.
ATTAC is a place of compassion, virtue and morality encompassing loyal, ardently eager members whose goal is to benefit the society with substantial efforts and the intent to bring about the change we need. We are a young social organization seeking to make an imprint on the universe. Encouragement of a better life for all is what we consider to be our aim. With the integration of unique innovations, ATTAC is able to combat a myriad of non-communicable diseases that arise due to tobacco production and consumption.

We started the ATTAC Society 8 years ago as group of young doctors who wanted to make health care facilities more affordable and accessible to the people of the lower socio economic strata in the rural and semi-rural areas.
Chronic diseases like cancer (oral, breast and cervical), diabetes, anemia, lung disorders, heart problems go unnoticed and undiagnosed because in far flung areas because of lack of early diagnosis services. By the time they are diagnosed, they reach a severe stage of disease and treatment becomes both costly and time taking.
We have been doing this work on our own by consistently partnering with over 200 NGOs which run old age homes, orphanages, de-addiction centers; schools and colleges; hospitals; prisons, village panchayats across the country. Our project locations have been in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Manipur, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Chandigarh, and Madhya Pradesh where we have conducted health-based camps to make sure that problems such as diseases are diagnosed at an early stage and treated well.
Till now, we have helped around more than 50,000 people in total and would like to continue our efforts to help more people.
